As a licensed marriage and family therapist I often work with many different people of all ages and situations. Over the years, I have spent more and more time supporting parents and their children, and have been a therapeutic counselor in k-12 schools since 2014.

Neurodivergence holds a special place in my heart and personal world. I specialize in working with parents and their kids who might be autistic, have ADHD, anxiety, or Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), or who might not identify with a diagnosis but still be "big feeling" kids. Together we look at how to best support their nervous systems and find a flow that works better for the whole family.

• Since at present I offer therapeutic services remotely, I can only take new clients who are a good match for online counseling. If we determine that you would benefit more from in person support, then I will provide other referrals.

• For therapeutic services, I can only work with clients who reside in California at the time of service.

Session Length & Fees

• Session are $185 for 55 minutes 

• I offer a few sliding scale spots

• I do not take insurance at this time

• 48 hour cancellation is required for all appointments
